Reservation: The Studio supports deposit reservation for up to 06 months from the date of registration.

Design Support: We will collaborate with you and provide unlimited design adjustments until you are completely satisfied.
DESIGN PROCESS & PAYMENT POLICY (LARGE PIECES)
For large-scale projects, the Studio applies a structured workflow as follows:
1. Design Phase (Concept):

Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total value is required to begin the conceptualization and custom design process.

Turnaround Time: Within 7 - 10 days, the Studio will send a demo version for your review and any requested adjustments.
2. Execution & Payment Phase:

Balance Payment: The remaining balance will be split and paid gradually during the first 2 - 4 sessions.

Completion Phase: From the 5th session onwards (once the balance is fully paid), you simply attend your appointments until the piece is finished with no additional costs incurred.

Warranty Conditions:

The warranty does not apply if the tattoo is damaged due to improper aftercare (picking scabs, infection, failure to use ointment, or not following aftercare instructions).
